Cancellation policy
Reservations are held until 18:00 unless the hotel has been notified of late arrival and a deposit or a credit card number have been received. No cost in case of cancellation until 18:00 o clock (hotel s local time) two days prior to arrival. Reservation must be guaranteed by credit card number.
For later cancellations or in case of "no show" 100% of the total booking value of the first night will be charged to the credit card.
Indicated rates in € will be adjusted to the exchange rate of the day of arrival. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Children and extra beds
Extra beds are available on request
All children under 2 years stay free of charge.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Pets
Pets are not allowed.

American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Diners Club
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
